Just picked up a Charmander for 30 in Sam's. They only had Eevee, squirtle Charmander Psyduck and Pikachu no Bulbasaur

I ordered Pikachu and Dragonite. I had Charizard in my cart but it's now out of stock (a 3rd party seller is listing it for $75.98!).
Walmart accepts PayPal. If you have a Chase Freedom Visa, you can get 5% cashback on it this month with purchases made through PayPal. What's weird is I chose to use PayPal for my Walmart order, but Walmart didn't take me to PayPal to sign in and authorize the payment. After I clicked on the PayPal button as method of payment and confirmed choice during checkout, Walmart kept me on the checkout page and simply presented me with the option to place the order.

And no, I had not visited PayPal in days, so I wasn't (or shouldn't have been) already signed in with PayPal. I guess PayPal is streamlining the process for the holidays?! Fortunately, I had previously set my Chase Freedom card as default payment in PayPal. Just be aware that if you're using PayPal/Chase for the 5% cb, make sure you have the Chase card set as the default in PayPal, just in case the retailer omits sending you to PayPal during checkout.

The Charizard finally came in kinda disappointed with the size its so skinny wish it had some more girth. Pyduck is the best one so far.
Also this deal keeps getting better they are all down to $15 now
