You lose the anti-reflective screen coating.
You lose the dual front cameras.
The battery is rated for only 1200 cycles instead of the S10U's 2000 cycles (but real world performance can't be fully tested yet).
You lose haptic feedback. The S11U does not have a vibration sensor.
With the S11 Ultra you gain: a brighter screen, a redesigned S-pen (some like it better for drawing), and a slightly thinner profile. The new processor and GPU will also play games and render videos faster.

Just add the s11 ultra keyboard for pickup, it would come up as $0
My only complaint is that I loved the built in kick stand on the S8 Ultra. The adjustment and angles are excellent, especially sitting in bed when I don;t need the keyboard. The S11 Ultra keyboard with kick stand has no angle adjustment, sucks! Now have to find a case with adjustable kickstand.
