As the post says, just type it into the Amazon.com search bar, instead of using Alexa.

Alexa should thank the customer by paying $5 for every order placed

This is a common sense way for Amazon to reward drivers who are doing a better job (than their fellow drivers). Who better to judge their drivers' performance than the customer? Their supervisors can't tell if your package was thrown at the doorstep, or alternatively carefully placed where the rain wouldn't get at it. The customers always know. So, performance based bonuses based on customer feedback - that's the way I see it. It's money well spent by Amazon to reward, and incentivize, good driver behavior and work ethic.

Question. I do this on average twice a month (sorry to anyone offended, no clue if that's very low or not). Does anyone know if this goes on their record/ performance review that a customer was thankful?

I know for many places the reviews online or comment cards are very beneficial, how does it work when we randomly do it? I would do it more if I knew it helps the individuals.

Edit: I called them. Outside of this $5 thing, the feedback gets noted for that team, the manager and driver.

Or...here me out...or just pay them more money since it is "no cost to the customer".

Also, "no cost to the customer" is not part of big corp's vernacular. We paying for it one way or another.

Lol. I thank my Amazon driver every year when I pay my Amazon membership. Now if the driver would stop indicating "delivered" when package is not (to boost their performance stats), I would consider this. Oh, and leaving my packages in the back alley overnight because business was closed...that too. 🙄

I do this all year long. But I only say it when the driver does a good job.

It's a trap, don't fall for it. They're trying to normalize tipping drivers.

Remember the first ones free

If Amazon really cared they would give their workers raises or seasonal bonuses instead of virtue signaling to customers that they're making a difference. But I guess this makes the customers feel warm and fuzzy inside
No there trying to get you to use alexa..
They had this same thing last year

Unrelated. Prime delivery used to be quick. Now, most deliveries take over 4 days minimum. It's even worse when you order multiple items over a a few days. Amazon will delay older orders to put all items in one delivery.
It is quick..same day or max two days. You live in the middle of nowhere

I agree but genuinely asking, what's a good job vs not a good job? I'm asking to improve my thinking/ maturity. And maybe see when my actions sucked too so I can be less of a useless being. Thanks in advance.

If I have two deliveries incoming today, can I do it twice and do it tomorrow too? Or is it once per customer.
