Can we choose which driver to get ? Some of the drivers keep dropping my package at neighbor while some drop right outside my door.
I've been at the same address (stand alone residence) for over 20 years, and the USPS still delivers my amazon packages to different houses. I blame google maps as my house in an alley and every time I try to move the dot it still returns to the front street. Can't get any response from google for help in correcting the situation. I check 'zon to see if the package was delivered, and if it was and isn't at my house, I have to schlep around the hood to find it. weak.....

Nice that they do this yearly. Here's another idea, they could also treat and compensate the drivers better year-round. But everyone who buys from Amazon (myself included, guilty as charged) should do this and share with amazon-shopping friends.

Alexa, what's the etiquette for thanking myself to receive a $5 credit after saving my 4-day-late package from whichever house it was launched at this round?

if you ordered the 150 pounds of cat liter you better darn tip them lol

but really, why isn't this automatic from amazon?

how many stops does a driver have, is amazon really going to give them $5 x 200 a day?

Imagine 200 stops at 5 per customer. Thats 1k for a day of thank yous. Aome of these stops have multiple addresses attached to them too.

They are trying to make buyers get used to tipping delivery people similar to how tipping was introduced for uber/lyft.
I don't understand tipping delivery drivers either, but apparently a lot of people do, including businesses (which I understand more than residential). My driver friends get a nice chunk of change in tips.

Is this going to tip every driver I've had recently? Or just one? If it was just one then I wish I could pick which one
