The food processor attachment seems quite large. Anyone have experience with that? We ordered the base Ascent X2 for $425 from the Cyber Monday deal after waiting for this Costco deal that didn't come at that time. But, we're not totally sure if the food processor attachment is worth it.

Personally, I just don't want to deal with the Smart Detect stuff. You can even see struggles with it from paid demonstrators. But some do like it as a safety feature.

I bought a NOS unit before it went that way from the Vitamix eBay store.

I have it, and love it. It's no bigger than a cuisanart and works as well
