You're better off getting them directly from SVS for the Bill of Rights warranty.

I would save the $$$ and pick up the Klipsch 16" sub, it pounds, 5 year warranty can keep up with most of the SVS subs at about 1/2 the price when it's on sale I believe around $999? to get a better svs sub your spending about $2500

Indeed much better deal. SVS subs are more expensive than the competition. I prefer monoprice over them.

If one was considering the SB3000, unfortunately with all the turmoil going on now this is the new low deal for it.

Looks like you can save another $50 with SVS.

From running two in a dedicated HT Room very good performance for the size!
Especially if you have Dirac's DLBC,ART or D&M's Directional.

If you're a measurement watcher SVS also has the SB4000 for $1099!

If I had to do it again now I would go dual SB5000, crazy good performance for about the size of the SB4000!
So good I'm trying not to consider switching!!

I think dual subwoofers sound better than a single one. I pair a high end sub with a lower end sub and they sound great. I like ported subs better than sealed ones.
Downstairs I have an old SVS PB12-NSD paired with an old Polk Audio PSW650.
Upstairs I have a Hsu Research VTF-2 MK5 and a Polk Audio PSW505.
All my subs are bought used on Craigslist or OfferUp.

the pb12 were great subs and real good back then for the price when on sale/open box/holiday special. I still have one that I use..I also still have an old PC-13 that pounds!!

Because of my room size, I used a pair of SVS 3000 Micro with KEF LS50 Meta for 100% music listening. For HT, I have 2 Sonos Sub in the Family Room and an HSU 12 inch Sub in my Master Bedroom

It was on SVS website, looks like it's no longer on there.

As usual their really good deals go very quickly.

If you were really interested I would periodically check, inventory changes all the time.

SVS warranty follows the serial number regardless of where you buy it new or used. I bought a PB2000 on craigslist years ago, emailed their support about warranty coverage: "The warranty is tied to the SN and it's not necessary to transfer it to your account to have coverage but you can send us the serial # and we'll list it under your profile." was their reply.

This is from SVS FAQs:

"Does the SVS bill of rights apply to customers who purchase through international dealers?
While many of our partners have adopted to the entire SVS Bill of Rights, our program applies only to USA sales made directly through SVS. International SVS dealers are independent businesses, and each has its own unique set of policies or Bill of Rights in any given area. Additionally, some international SVS dealer policies are affected by local/state/national consumer protection laws. Please check with your local dealer for more information."
