As a pure gaming rig I think the AMD processor might perform better with less power draw than the intel processors do, but If you plan on doing more multithreaded work, the Intel processor would be better.
The only other difference I really noticed was that the AMD version only lists a B650 motherboard with no specific manufacturer or Model#. This Intel build specifically lists the MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI.
