Curious to see how this turns out, the Core Ultra 5 226V has 16GB built-in RAM so if they're advertising 32GB of RAM (228V) they either messed up on that or the CPU it's coming with.

I wish I didn't pass on the 16" Ultra 7 256v Oled version of this laptop. It was on sale for $495. Over 2000 pieces sold.

I asked Acer and they said the model is a 14-52MT-701K, which means it should come with a Intel Core Ultra 7-258V and 32gb of ram, not the Ultra 5 listed.

I think it is either the 228v or 258v version with 32gb ram, because the ultra 5 16gb version is $360 right now.

the 226v 16gb gets as low as $320. I got that one with lowers tax and $120 cashback. I missed the 20% paypal cashback offer.

$500 for 32gb ram is kinda high without IPS 400+ in Swift metal hassis. Those were $350-450 for 186h and $650 for 258v

screen is decent matte AR, colors neutral and enjoyable on youtube.deep black, uniform whites. 13-21 hr battery life on low


very slight screen door, mostly sharp


turbo mode fan is good for video editing, it pretty fast with gpu encoders
