The super cheap Skil prices were awesome but it took some luck to actually get them. Seems like this deal (while more expensive) is much more easily available.

It sounds like you caught a few of them! I made three four trips to the pickup lockers at two three stores, and the final package ($20 ratchet ) arrived on my doorstep yesterday.
