I've owned an Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and an Xbox Series S. This is the only generation of controllers I have ever had develop stick drift. On four of my six controllers! Get your shit together Xbox.

It's the best TED Talk I've ever witnessed. (I've never seen a TED Talk.)

Yup, had 3 develop stick drift all within 1 year. I really don't play that much. One controller was barely 1 month old. Took them apart, cleaned them, still present.

Same. I never really had controller issues until this generation. Pretty disappointing

Green not $40
Color aside, they're all basically disposable products, with the inevitable stick drift issue.
My cheap self finally purchased a PowerA Fusion Pro wireless controller for $90 with Hall Effect sensors and I'm pleasantly surprised w build quality and battery life - huge improvement over normal controller.

Ditto... had 2 blue ones both developed drift with minor usage in less than a year of use.

I've had an Xbox all my life as well and I own 6 from this generation, never had stick drift on any from this generation. This generation's controllers are the only ones I've had zero problems with.
