It's a shame there isn't a place to donate in east TX... closest place is at least 50 miles away but it's a hour and half minimum drive...

One Blood usually gives me $20-$40 that can be redeemed at various retailers including Amazon. You start at $20 and if you donate within a month of becoming eligible again, they bump it up $5 per donation until you reach $40. Then the process resets
