We haven't had this issue yet, but we handle them very carefully. This is a common complaint though for ceramic cookware.
Honestly, my wife loves them but I hate having to hand wash.

I had mine for less than 6 months before the non-stick surface started sticking with light use. Like 1-2x a week. Pan shows a lot of staining now. I would not recommend.

Had this pan. Non stick wore out at the same rate as any other pan. The "lip" for pouring things out is useless as it always spills and drips. Stains easily as the other users said. Marketing must have paid a lot for people to hype this thing up. $120? You're getting robbed. $45 is maybe what I would consider a non sale msrp.
