Yes, I was logged in. I had to wait about a minute not touching the window for the popup to come. This is at step 4 of 6.
Obviously, make sure the browser is not blocking popups.

Same thing happened to me. They canceled my order. I was on the phone for four hours to cancel everything and reorder. I hope they dont mess with my promotional deal.

My order was returned to sender and i had multiple calls with their fraud department and they keep asking for verification. I did their DL verification and their service said all verified. Now i just had a call and again they are asking me to verify more.
I told them f..k you and asked them to cancel the order.
Good thing is that i never have them the port account details.
I am so done with Verizon.

Looks like the $300 Gift Card is only once per account. I was adding a new line to my existing account through chat and the agent did say its only once per account

Hopefully not too dumb a question: can I chat with VzB agent to waive activation fees and let us pick up all 4 phones at a local store (and verify our ID in the store)? Don't want to spend hours calling VzB…. Thanks in advance.

Ordered 10/6. Delivery was supposed to be 10/9. Now FedEx doesn't even have a scheduled date. It's days that they are working to provide a delivery date. No updates on what is actually happening to the package itself. Who knows if it actually got sent back to sender like others are saying.

It's at Step 4 of 6. Don't touch the window for about a minute and it should pop up.
Once you add the $300 GC, you see it on the order at Step 4. Screen shot it.
Once the order is accepted, the $300 GC will show on the order receipt PDF. You can see see it at Account Overview->Orders->View details. At the bottom will be a "View purchase receipt" PDF.

I am new to Verizon. I ordered the first phone, activated it and registered my account. I added 3 more lines in 3 separate orders over 3 days (it wouldn't let me add the 4th line until I picked up the 2nd and 3rd phones) and the monthly cost (excluding taxes and fees) dropped to 4 lines for $100. I guess that's how their system works.

Yes it takes long. See if you can pickup from nearby store. If you still do shipping then do the verification ASAP after they put in the order.

Yes it can be waived and pickup in store but it has to be in stock or else you'll have to wait 2-3 days to pickup. still give them call after the order to check.

For my 2nd order, I selected store pickup and it went on hold cos of the recent cancellation of the previous 1st order.

In previous deals, people received 1 Gift card per Line when added separately so we should be confident it will work out this time too.
