It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

Chat with agent they help you avoid activation fee and transfer number from visible
I chatted with the agent. He only offer me 2 free phone and I have to purchase 2 others. So fark them I rather pay 160 instead of 2k extra. They are lying all the time. My credit can goes 10k but he said only 2.5k credit. I called the tech department and found that out I have that much.

They canceled my order and after that port out my number from Visible. Visible terminate my account same time. I waste a lot time talk with visible/verizon (2h+ on the phone) Verizon support most stupid support - final I lost my number, no order, no number

When does this offer end? Need to know when the last day is to get in on this deal.
Not sure whether it was sales pressure, but the chat rep told me yesterday that they have been informed that the deal is ending very soon. I would guess it ends after this weekend.

Any existing customer add a single line and get the 300 gift card? I was curious and asked the agent through online chat and they said it was only for switching customers, but when in cart the pop up for the gc shows up for me and she said it won't be applied. Was she right or wrong?

Please let me know. what you end up doing. I am still waiting for my FedEx delivery as well. Unsure whether I should wait it out or cancel and place a 2nd order.
Well as of right now I am verified with Verizon and can do second order as long as I put up the total value for all 5 phones I've ordered as my credit limit is spent. After they get my phones from FedEx they will credit me back? I'm not putting $5k in limbo so I'm at a standstill. Now FedEx has my phones and they have traveled from Binghamton NY to Newark NJ back and forth about 4 times. FedEx is just as bad as Verizon. They told me two days ago my phones were being recalled by Verizon. Yesterday they were going to be delivered by 5pm to me they said. Now today they don't know where they are.

All of this blunder could have been avoided if they had a proper verification process and didn't cancel the order for all of us. Don't these people discuss internally from software, marketing team, and customer service dept with each other on how to play before any new promos?

Very unfortunate situation for all of us and for those waiting on phones and fix for 2nd order.

Successfully placed the order. The total, including taxes, was 441. I'm in SoCal for reference. I was also able to get a pop-up for $300 Verizon GC, and a certain blue cashback site is also offering $150 back.
Is that Amex blue?

For anyone that had their order cancelled do you still see the taxes you paid as a charge or did they drop off automatically?
So last night when I went to Verizon store and we called fraud department and they verified my original order only to then cancel it the fraud department said I should be able to re order and not have to pay any money due to never receiving my order and them getting the product returned. I went home and called to re do the order and was told I could put up the total amount of money $5k or wait until they physically get phones back then 7-10 days for refund then my device credit will clear and it will only be $600? As I have 5 phones ordered.

Does this work at all for only 3 lines? I wouldn't mind trying Verizon - but only need 3 lines.

As many of you, my order was placed, then canceled, then approved, and finally canceled again. The reason given was that the phones were being returned to Verizon. I called customer service and requested they formally cancel the order and remove the associated lines from my account (which I don't even have access to yet). The representative told me there are pending charges on the account and that they should be removed after 24 hours.

I tried to place a new order online and at the step of "Create your profile", I got the following message:
  • You have an outstanding balance on a Verizon account.
  • You'll need to pay the balance before we can complete your application.

Thats true, their verification(probably AI) system is probably destroying their profits. Ship the phones, return them to you, have to re-inventory, lost customers... etc.

Also, its pretty hard to get to customer service. Even with the chat. IE, I cant create a login because I dont have an account number. Then I try to get to support, and you need to log in first.

Then I would call Verizon and it would say "Sorry cant connect you to an agent Bye".

Yes, but the monthly charge will be higher than $25/line.
