- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.
While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

Store people are useless, they said there is a previous pending order on the account and until it falls off you cannot activate..so i m screwed
National Discount Marker: $0.00
National Discount (3+ Lines): −$20.00
"Better Deal" for 4+ Phones: −$20.00
Promotional Credit: −$45.00 per month for 36 months
This brings my monthly bill to $101.21 before AutoPay, and $61.21 after AutoPay.
No trade-in required or anything. I got the phones, and my receipt shows the above discounts.
I'm concerned that the deal I got is too good to be true and wondering if there's any hidden catch that I'm missing.
If folks can get $61.21 per month then that would be awesome. No one can beat this price 👏
Looks Verizon is desperately trying to gain new customers 😊😊😊
Anyone in the same boat?

There are 4 lines. If the 1 st line on your order, then you are stuck. Each line can have their own account but the 1 line has the authority to get esim sent out
Also use can add the line to one of the other 3 phones ( no need to have an unlocked iphone). Just remember to transfer the correct esim to the one stuck.
Try logging in to your account on the website. It has options to send the code text to one of the other phones.
That's awesome! We don't have fios here. Just 5G which i am not seeing great speeds like tmo

Should I still go ahead and turn on other 3 phones and complete the port ?
So the sequence of event is I went to the store and we called the porting 888 line and they forced through the porting which stopped my service on current carrier. The store is telling me that there is another active order (the other order which was being returned to sender) until that drops off then cannot do anything.
I called the porting line again after I came home and they see no issue and they are saying porting is completed, one rep said may be wait for 4 hours and it might get activated. Other rep was not able to help.
I am in doubt if i should turn on other phones and start the process. All other 3 lines on port status site showing that it's "In progress". One Rep even forwarded me to tech support and they were unable to help.
Somehow if I am able to download the SIM I might be able to activate but everywhere its asking me to send a text to my phone number which is not active.
Are you saying that I should create a new verizon.com account with one of the other line and then try to download sim from there? Will it not detect that number as connect to my email/login?
