They put up a product recall website detailing the serial information of the affected products and to register your recalled product. https://b41recall.iniushop.com/

Not sure how much easier you want a direct manufacture without physical stores presence and sells through online stores only to be. If you mean you rather walk into a store to return a recalled batttery from 4 years ago, maybe shop at Costco, Walmart, or Target only. Confused
