I'm impressed , that 14% of reviewers thought it was a bad drone. Even the "incentivized ones" (who were paid or got it free, etc) many gave it a 1 star.
I'll pass on this deal.

This is a tiny $20 beginner drone that can be a fun starter toy or gift for kids, especially for learning basic flying and line of sight control. It can take off and move around, and a few reports say it flies surprisingly well for the price. The camera and video quality are weak, with upscaled footage, blur in motion, and very short flight time when the camera is on. Reliability also looks shaky, with pairing problems, weak wind handling, and some units failing to take off.

The drone can fly and move around OK despite its low price point.

The drone may provide a short novelty flight experience for beginners.
supergames geniv
The drone can be used without a phone, which may simplify setup.
geniv
The drone can be useful for learning electronics by taking it apart.
neelakanta

The camera output can look noisy and blurry because there is no gimbal.
Ryan_GT supergames
The controller connection can drop within a minute and cause beeping and crashes.
Ryan_GT
The drone may fail to pair with the controller even when Wi‑Fi video works.
AegisX
Some units may not take off, which can lead to refund requests.

Common Questions (4)

At $20, it is a low-risk toy rather than a serious drone. It can fly surprisingly well for the price and may be fine as a starter or kid gift, but several reports describe it as cheap, underpowered, and only barely worth the asking price.
upx Cheapskate27 LightningTuned gaping46and2
It can take off and move around, and indoor position hold seems decent, but even light wind can make it hard to control. That makes it better for calm indoor or very gentle outdoor use than for breezy conditions.
Ryan_GT supergames geniv
The camera is reported to be weak for true 1080p use: video may be upscaled from 480p, with digital noise, blur from the lack of a gimbal, and only manual 90-degree angle adjustment. It can still show the landscape, but it is more novelty than photography tool.
supergames pdp76
No. The controller can fly the drone on its own, and the phone is only for the camera feed and saving photos or video through transmission.

Quote from gaping46and2

:

These are probably just barely worth the $20 asking price. They are tiny in comparison to a "proper" drone like a DJI Mini sorts. I bought two when the deal was posted initially thinking they would be of decent quality, which they are "fine", but I sent them back. I'd spend a little more if you actually want a real drone experience. These are toys, so set your expectations as such, otherwise disappointment will be what you get here.

Lol "proper" drone....

As others have commented, it's not worth the money. I got one that worked and one that doesn't take off. I ended up requesting a refund.
