You only need to buy screws, stain, and a few parts along with a crowbar and saw.
When the sunlight degrades the plastic, no way to resurface like wood (sand, power wash, stain, etc) to make it look new.
Depending on locale, disposal end-of-life may be expensive (plastic disposal vs organic).
If you want to mount things inside, easy to drill anchors into wood. That plastic? No idea if it'll hold up.

That said, the shed I got (not this model) had some components that were somewhat warped, so it became a challenge getting the screw holes to line up. It's not a one-person job.
