Bestbuy has a bundle deal with some Asus strix motherboards and the core ultra 7 for $100 dollars off on the motherboard. I got the bundle with the Asus rog maximus hero and core ultra 7 that discounts $50 on the already discounted price of $399 for the motherboard, making it into $349 for the board.
I would have saved 10 dollars buying here but I have bestbuy total that protects me from any accidents that may occur during the build process and for 10 dollar extra I have that peace of mind.

What's the different between ultra 7 and the regular i7 lines?

The ultra is their new line, so instead of doing an i7 15700k they did this. Very confusing idea of theirs.

Never mind I just realized the one I have is the K version vs this KF. So no I got a slightly better deal with the motherboard bundle.

Discrete graphics required? I thought all intel processors had integrated graphics as a standard feature without needing a separate GPU just to use the computer.

Yes, graphic card required with this one, hence the "F" designation of the SKU. "K" is for unlocked for overclocking.

Are you sure about that?

Intel i7-14700KF vs Ultra 7 265KF [cpubenchmark.net]

The Ultra 7 265KF [newegg.com] is like $75 cheaper at Newegg AC and comes with BF6, until recently also included a free AIO.

It includes the games at best buy as well since they are a participating store with intel.

No, it doesn't. I purchased the 265K directly from BB, and priced matched to MC before BF with Amex $25 off $250 and didn't include the Intel offer.

I ended up returning the 265K to BB and getting THIS deal with Paypal's 20% CB offer came up to $316 including taxes.

My says it literally in the receipt. It says intel bundle-Ciiv some thing and AC shadows. The one giving the promotion is Intel if you purchase thru a participating store in which Best buy is and not the store it self giving you the game.
