You need to select OK. You'll go to a checkout / confirmation page where you enter in the discount code before pressing submit. I was on the pro+ monthly plan with a discount and that's what I did.

I'm on an annual visible plus plan that's up in March 2026. I signed up with the free iPhone 13 deal in march 2025. I get to the final screen where you apply the promo code and it throws an error. I'm guessing people on certain promos are blocked from this. It did work on a family member's account who was on a legacy $25 month to month plan. Nice if you can get it.

This deal is not applicable if you ever got a device from Visble and you are currently using it. I got mine in 2019 and I am currently using it. I was told I was not eligible for that reason.

I'm on the visible plus legacy annual plan until the 20th. Going through the steps to switch to this plan and using the promo code, it says on the checkout page it goes into effect immediately. It doesn't say what happens to the rest of my current annual plan. I want to take advantage of the promo, but if I wait until I'm near my renewal date it may be gone.

Insane deal, copy and paste didnt work for me. Once I manually typed it in then it worked! Love visible and always try to recommend friends and family about this service.

I was on legacy for years, switched to inner circle pro monthly, and then able to switch to this. It said it will go into effect next month when next month subscriptions end

I have the same boat - after the next year, it would take about 2 years at $45 to break even (I did very back of napkin math) once this payment for the year is paid up. I'm not sure if I want to gamble with no promos and being stuck at $45 a month and this almost feels like a ploy to get rid folks off of the $10/month promo.....

Same but this deal ends on the 9th . So anyway to add it as an extension or is changing immediately the only option?

My wife and I were on the cheap $25 plan paying $20/month from a promo 23 months ago that ends 1/26. Our autopay renews on the 19th each month. When I just signed up for this +Pro plan it gave me the 50% off and told me my plan will change on the 19th and charge me then.

Confirming this worked for me - on the legacy plan @ $25/mo. Possibly gives me better overall speeds? In any case, saves $7/mo. Overall I've been pleased with Visible service.
