i was able to switch from mint mobile. mint mobile offered me $20/year for unlimited data but too late. they have priced themselves out of the market now

Just made the switch from Xfinity Mobile. I screwed up twice during the porting process. First I transposed two digits in my phone number. Then I mistakenly ordered a physical SIM when all I needed was an eSIM activation. Visible chat agent was just wonderful and fixed both my errors. Paying half of what I had being paying to Comcast and now getting a better plan. So far, so good!

It worked for me, I was on legacy $30 plan with $5 discount but once I am at a Mall which is crowded I would feel that my internet would almost become useless so I was thinking of considering other options, my wife also switched to US Mobile lightspeed plan this month from Visible so I can see why they are doing this. At the End of the year I will do some research and see what other good plans are available then that I can switch to because I just don't want to spend more then $25 for a plan. Thank you for this!!!

I was told the promo, despite saying invalid on my checkout / promo page, is in fact in use and will be applied at the end of my next month...

And let me be clear. I am no expert on the matter. But "sounds like" (after reading through this entire thread) that it goes into effect immediately. And you essentially lose any credit/money that you have already paid in.

I am in the same boat. My Legacy 2 Annual plan just renewed on December 3rd. Frown

I got 165 Mbps Down with LTE...5g on visible is way faster. Usually 300-800 range depending on time of day where I'm from.

I tested Visible plus.

Edit: 5G midband gave me 320 down. I have a UW capable phone that I can test later.

I spent an hour on live chat getting them to honor the 225 deal as a current customer. They did, but now I see they added a new promo code for it lol. I specifically mentioned the US mobile and mint mobile deal when i was talking to the agent, hopefully they caught on.
