You need to select OK. You'll go to a checkout / confirmation page where you enter in the discount code before pressing submit. I was on the pro+ monthly plan with a discount and that's what I did.
I signed up for this! If I decide to downgrade after the year is up, when should I change plans? Can I change right away and keep the Visible+ Pro plan until the year ends? The deal is less slick if I forget to change and get charged full price next year on the highest plan.
My current plan ended on the 12/12, this timing is perfect! Also got an extra $15 cash back from Chase! Thanks!
Did you initially sign up for the free iPhone 13 last year? We still have a couple weeks left on our plans, and was going to do this, but received a pop up about losing the free iphone 13 promo. Not sure if that means they would claw back the original discount on the phone.
Do they charge you immediately? The chase and amex offer's expire if not.
Its very unclear if its a 450 charge upfront or just a 225 discount on a charge when your current plan expires.
Can anyone please chime in?
For existing customers (in my case on the monthly plan), the change is queued up to occur at the end of my current billing cycle. So I haven't been charged yet.
Received a pop up about losing the free iphone 13 promo when we signed up last December. Not sure if that means they would claw back the original discount on the phone. Anyone else get this message but proceed anyways?
I switched my plan about two hours ago. Before the change, I was on the $25 monthly plan. ( and with a discount of 10 as I was from tmobile)
When I clicked "Switch to yearly plan," using Safari no payment was collected. For reference, I was at the end of my billing cycle — the charge normally posts on the 7th, and today is the 8th. So I have a pending payment of 15.
After making the change, I received this email:
"We received your request to switch plans."
About an hour later, my service was suspended. I then received another email stating:
"Unfortunately, you missed your payment, and we had to suspend your Visible service…"
I clicked the link in the email to reinstate my service. However, it showed the amount due as $0, so I confirmed. Shortly after, I received another email saying:
"We received your request to switch plans."
Then I received a third email:
"Welcome (back)."
At this point, my service was restored, and my account now shows I am on the $45 monthly plan, but I was not charged anything for this month. However, I am not enrolled in the annual plan that I originally selected.
I contacted customer service, and the representative told me I needed to pay an additional $30 to "cover" the $45 monthly plan, and that I would be switched to the yearly plan next month. I do not trust this explanation, as it does not match what is shown in my account or in my billing history.
I have requested a supervisor callback because I need this issue corrected properly and documented in writing.
Well, lessen learned that do not switch plan while you are in an autopay cycle. I guess their system is buggy.
I just came off the $30 for 25 months promo to this, and when I hit the give up future discounts, it took me to this, and I was excited to see no wasted plan time since I renew at the end of the month.
Let's review
Your new plan will go into effect once your next payment is processed and your new service cycle begins.
Edit to say I used 8 of the 25 months, and this will add 12 months, so overall I'll give up 5 months, but this is saving me some $$$
Worked for me on Tuesday 12/9/2025. Was paying $19 a month or $228 a year on Visible's cheapest plan. Now I for $225 or $18.75 I'm getting their best plan. Great offer!
I'll bite - do I need + pro? Not really, but it's cheaper per month for the year than my previous $35 a month anyway so I guess it's time to get in the pool. I wonder who else will be plan shopping a year from now haha
Damn, it looks like the USM 167 deal is still on. Does anyone know which one is better? The Visible Pro+ or USM Premium? I'm currently on Visible Pro+, but my annual plan expires in a month.
If you have Fios internet, you might already be aware of this but it was news to me: you can get $15/month off your Fios bill just by having any Visible (or possibly any Verizon based MVNO) plan.
Set up was easy, on the Verizon side I got a pin sent to my phone number and once I entered it in, it said I'm eligible for the $15/month discount and it will reflect in 1-2 billing periods.

I went ahead and I'll be charged 225 at the end of my term Dec 29. I used PayPal with Chase freedom card for 5% and/or $15 back

You are not eligible for this promo.
Update: I was using the wrong code, I now tried the BLACKFRIDAY50CARE code and it works.
