I used to agree with you. but i found out that post workout shake really helps my recovery and gains. having a protein powder helps me even though im eating greek yogurts, chicken titties and eggs all the time.
You probably eat cleaner when trying to get more protein and are conflating that with better recovery
No one really needs protein supplements. Just get it in food and your fine. I used to buy into the hype, but you dont need as much as they say. Just get it in meat eggs fish nuts etc... I weightlift for 10 hours a week and haven't lost a lb of muscle since stopping supplements years ago...
I strongly disagree with you!
Tell me what products can replace protein supplements as a source of protein without fat and carbohydrates. In addition to this, whey isolate is unique protein which we digest faster that anything, and Casein is unique protein with long-time digestion, which supply muscles longer than anything.
If you want to gain dry muscle mass you definitely must eat protein
I like this brand. I'm currently taking the CarboGain and I've noticed results in the first few weeks. I'm on week 3 now and it's the first time trying the product. I will try this one too. Thanks OP.

They aren't human? They digest things differently than humans? Their genetics are different? https://www.digitalbarbell.com/bl...ing-plants
8,000 total calories a day with 25% being from plant based protein. That still equals 500g of protein every day. And that's with better digestion and genetics that favor building muscle.
Trying to find an unflavored protein powder that's good as a flour substitute for keto/low carb cooking. I dont even know what micellar casein is. My guess is this is not what I should be trying
