No issues with using them at all. It doesn't make any difference for the restaurant as far as I know. You'll still pay the tip using a credit card in the app; GC balance covers the check. The places I go regularly knows that I'll be paying with inkind and say "good night" when they drop off the check.

I been eating good off these gift cards since Summer. Now I buy 500 dollars worth every time they are up for sale. Good deal if you're in a big city with lots of food options

im in a city big enough to have an nfl team but the options for inkind are terrible. one insanely priced burger place and one desserts only place.

no value here unless your area has bought into inkind apparently.

edit; checked nearby even larger city and there are a dozen options but they are all little gastropubs
