I got the one from Sam's Club. I've been so happy with it. I'm amazed how great it sounds. I ended up getting speaker stands for the rear speaker which made it even better and for the price it's well worth it. It makes watching the TV a whole different experience. Even music sounds great

Is it 5.1 or 5.1.2? Says dolby atmos but I don't see top firing speakers

This is a case where AI is wrong. The Walmart version also has DTS:X and Atmos. In fact, I confirmed that the package dimensions are identical at 34.49" x 8.66" x 13.03".

Dolby atmos is just a decoder, doesnt mean it comes with height speakers. A 2.0 soundbar could have an atmos decoder and still say it has atmos

Don't always trust what you read on the Internet. If you go into the later screenshots for both the Sam's Club and Walmart listing, it shows the exact same model number and wattage number. Walmart is significantly cheaper at $128, but only available for store pickup.
