Not sure about others but I would much prefer having a FALCON figure to... this. Falcon in the comics is awesome, but this not so much.

Really? Falcon became Captain America in the comics around 10 years ago when Steve rapidly aged due to losing his powers. Steve Rogers returned a bit later after he got his powers back.

This is kind of a typical theme in comics. Main character is hurt/lost. His/her sidekick (or someone else) steps in. And back and forth. Its happened with Batman, Spiderman, Superman, pretty much every mainline super hero

And Captain "I have no clue about Captain America" shows up. Falcon became Captain America after Steve Rogers retired due to rapid aging around ten years ago in the comics. He returned a couple of years later. Falcon was Captain America's sidekick for years. This is normal in comics. The assumption that its DEI is not so normal.
