While these are nostalgic, if you've got limited kitchen space, an "Instant pot style" pressure cooker is a better buy than this, because it can also be a slow cooker. Ours can do pressure cook, slow cook, sous vide, rice cooking, and more for the same footprint.

Our crock pot went out last year and we replaced it with an Instant Pot. The Instant Pot is great for getting a meal done quick, but there are some things like pot roast that we've found work better in a real slow cooker and you'll see a similar comment in a lot of pressure cooker reviews.We bought a new crock pot this year to use along with the instant pot.

Plenty of negative reviews about using an instant pot as a slow cooker.
