Real PITA to get/use this. You have to register your email, get a verification code sent to your email, log in, accept offer, scan the QR code they give you on your phone, register your phone # (so likely can only get one per phone #), get a verification code sent to your phone #, then access the offer on your phone and select the retailer at the time you want to use it (can't do it ahead of time, need to be ready to check out), all just to get a scannable code for the cashier.

It can be not smooth redeeming in-store too. It did not work at my WaIMart at self checkout repeated attempts with customer service help, error after error.

The the newly opened closer Family Dollar manager would not allow it, not even attempt to redeem saying "It either has to be on their App or a physical coupon" though another Family Dollar a year+ ago I had no issue along with family 2-3 times redeeming the same type coupon by the cashier for boxes of Pop Tarts won here on SD in a contest.

I told C0KE about this terrible experience though others in the C0KE forum had no issue, so results may vary.

Like said above just for a 20 ounce.

Just FYI.

I haven't used my free Coke coupon/payment yet, but last time I used similar digital coupon/payment for another company (or maybe it was Coke product?) at Meijer, it was super easy. I used self-checkout and flowed the instructions.

Also, after choosing the store for the digital coupon while getting the coupon code, I took screenshot of the code to use at Meijer later.

The "free coupon" is actually a digital payment and you need to scan the code after you click "pay" but before entering any payment method (card, cash, etc). At least, that's what the instructions say for Meijer.

It says "this is a digital payment, not a coupon" below the instructions on how to redeem.

Did you follow the instructions printed?

I used similar digital coupon before at Meijer and it was super easy to redeem at self-checkout. I just followed the instructions on how to redeem.

Definitely 110% instructions followed precisely. I've used these type of "digital payments" many times previous flawlessly before. I didn't work there for someone else I know. Quote from the C0KE forum from asking which store is best:

Thanks for the feedback on Walmart...much appreciated. So easy to use at Walmart.com, and you also get to avoid a potentially awkward register experience.
I think I noticed the problem on the last, or one of the last tries, the UPC at checkout popped up with the wrong last digits 440 not 443 but that is looking quickly from the side as the CS was standing in front the kiosk.

I've noticed wrong UPCs and slightly wrong product inputted names of products at this Wal-Mart on receipts a lot, so that's a management issue. This area I'm in is a rural Recreation Area/retirement area with few stores Wal-Mart, SaveALot, Family/Dollar Tree and Dollar General. A lot of people have flocked here to retire from other states. I have three new neighbors from California not related for example, I'm in the Eastern US.

I have family and friends that works there as my Dad was a manager 30 years ago at the old Wal-Mart before they built this Supercenter and he took a better job he was offered.

Complaining about anything there is useless even major problems and I'm not saying this in negativity just from experiences and others' too.

The Family Dollar not taking it unlike the other FD outside my area with the previously mentioned Pop Tart free boxes same exact "digital payments" may be due to the restaurant next door getting a counterfeit $100 bill literally thrown in the window and the person speeding off at the drive thru a couple of weeks previous or plainly they didn't want to do their job, or know how, I don't know, I didn't ask why.

I put the card in my Wal-Mart-com account wallet the next day 12/3/25 and I did a pre-checkout test and it looks like it will work doing store pick up I just have not been back that way yet.

Just an update - finally got around to trying to redeem this today at Walgreens and could not get it to work at all. They tried scanning it multiple times, tried pressing payment then scanning it. I read the instructions to them twice and they could not get it to work. I'm sure there is a way to get this to work, as others seem to have been able to redeem it, but my lord what a waste of time for what essentially amounts to like $0.50 worth of soda. Unless you are stranded in the desert and come across an oasis that only sells 20 oz Coke products, I would hard pass on this one. Have already invested about an hour of my time for nothing, and if I want to try again it'll be another 20-30 minutes easily with no guaranteed return.

I emailed C0KE(read my previous post on my and another's not working at Wal-Mart and Family Dollar not even wanting to try to use it). no response after they emailed asking the error code which I did not see and it's been almost a week, was supposed to get back in 2 days. It was more of a FYI to them, after(12/4/2025) I see many complaints about it not working at several stores.
Only way I got it to work was selecting was WalMart-com, adding it to my wallet scheduling a pick up the day before. In-store no go, error upon errors even with Customer Service help. Before someone asks again "Yes we did it correctly".
