Might want to mention the Costco or maybe Sam's Club membership involved at Step 0.
Otherwise, I say buy a $200 Uber Eats gift card for $50 and then this becomes a much better deal. It's on you to find that discounted gift card.😉

I was able to replicate this with Costco and placed the order for $160 without adding tax and tip for delivery

How? Did you buy Airpods Pro 3 from Costco or did you buy Uber gift cards from Costco and used them at BestBuy? Was this from the Black Friday shuffle? How did you skip adding tax and tip?

I did all the steps correctly and got $200 in my Uber wallet, and rest I was thinking to use Uber one with Paypal at checkout for the rest of the money, but for some reason Uber has flagged my account for any fradulant activity, and they are not even responding to me properly for the solution, costco says the gift cards are not refundable, I tried to use only Uber wallet for the complete payment by adding more $35 as my total bill was $234.03, but still cant make it and now my $235 is stuck with Uber wallet and I cant take it out,

I am having the same issue. $200 is stuck with Uber wallet, customer service offered no solution
