No reason to buy this over a 5070ti

5070ti is around the same price, nearly as fast, has newest dlss features, and you'll get a full warranty

I personally don't play any games that still use PHYSX, but didn't Nvidia just add PHYSX support for 50 series GPUs with their new driver update update GeForce Game Ready 591.44? I could be wrong but I thought I read that in the release notes.

Zotac is a crap company anyways. No reason to buy zotac over competitors. Worst customer service out of them all.

Only games with 32-bit Physx are affected, which is about 40 old titles, and support for 9 were just added with the latest driver update.

5070ti at $750 makes much more sense than paying more money for a used 4080 super.

RTX 4080 is actually significantly faster than the 5070 Ti in certain graphically intensive and/or ray tracing heavy games. Take a look at the Borderlands 4 benchmarks, or Cyberpunk 2077 with path tracing, for example. The 4080 is way ahead.

Must depend on who's doing the benchmark. From the Tech Power Up Review: CP 2077 at 1440p the 4080 Super is slightly behind the 5070TI and at 4K they are matched: https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...oc/13.html
Overall the 4080 Super is 5% faster at 1440p and 2% faster at 4k, I'm not sure that qualifies as "significantly" faster: https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...oc/33.html
If you happen to only play the few games where is barely faster, then maybe it's working paying more for something with less warranty and driver support. The rest of us would probably benefit from having a fresh card with full warranty, full DLSS 4 support, and costs less.

Did you use AI to do the comparison? If you did you'll get the information you gave where it says the 5070ti struggles at 4K and the 4080 Super was running 4K. Only the 4080 Super had frame gen enabled, versus native with the 5070ti.

Watch a wider number of benchmarks and the 4080 Super and 5070ti trade blows generally being within 5% of each other so a maximum of 3-4 frames difference with the faster card depending on the game.
Straight raster performance the cards are neck and neck. But raytracing, frame gen, DLSS4, etc run better on the RTX 5000 cards versus the RTX 4000 cards.
There's no reason to pay more for a used 4080 Super card when you get still get a brand new 5070ti for the MSRP of $750. The 5070ti may run some future games that take advantage of its newer features that are new to the 5000 series as well.

AI? No, more like Hardware Unboxed's own benchmarks in their BL4 performance video:

https://youtu.be/dfaN3emhChQ

Their benches consistently show the 4080 Super having a decent lead in frames, with average fps numbers that are closer to the 5080 than the 5070 Ti, in BL4, across a variety of graphical presets.

You're contradicting yourself there. First you say "the 4080 Super is slightly behind at 1440p," then in the next line, you say the 4080 Super is 5% faster at 1440p.

So which one is it?

Also, at what graphical settings? Is RT turned on? Is Overdrive enabled?

There is no contradiction, you're just reading too fast. I literally wrote "CP 2077 1440P the 4080 Super is slightly behind the 5070ti" in reference to CyberPunk 2077 benchmarks, and I posted the link to that page. Then I said "OVERALL" (meaning, multiple game aggregate scoring) it's 5% faster at 1440p and 2% 4k." and I again, posed a link to that page.

I linked to the review with the benchmarks so you can answer those questions yourself.
