If you do have 2 series that your like, some are pretty decent deals. Thanks OP!
My biggest problem with The 100 is that, while the sci-fi premise is great, they "CW'ed" it up, and hijacked the plot with just obscene teen romance garbage.
It's worth a gamble, as I think the first 4 seasons are still good. The last 3 started going downhill after the plot change went full steam (don't want to spoil anything).
But the TV shows A/V quality is good, it just starts losing it's magic after awhile.
For the DC Legends one...if you like DC, you should be safe in liking that. Quality is also pretty good for a TV series.
On the subject of DC. Any thoughts on Doom Patrol?

"I would try it. Doom Patrol is different than normal super hero fare. If you watched Dirk Gently on Hulu and compared it to any other detective series, then that's the equivalent to Doom Patrol as it compares to regular super hero stories. Note that Doom Patrol is more mature/serious (not sure of the right word) than Dirk Gently.
Doom Patrol is serious in how it deals with absurd wacky situations. There's a very heavy emphasis on the lives of the characters, mostly on acceptance of who they are and the normal life they left behind. That part sometimes got too depressing for my taste. It also had the occasional sexual themes, if you're okay with that. (I remember an episode where the house was infested with ghosts having sex and main characters had to stop it to save the world.)
The inventiveness of the situations and the hijinx they sometimes got into kept me watching.
