I don't trust the product based on pictures that contradict what is actually better. 10 amp, or 10 gauge wire is thicker and better than 13 anything. Also have't seen 13 amp wire. Usually steps in even numbers.

13A is likely using 16 gauge wiring while 10A likely has 18 gauge. 10 gauge wiring can handle 30A.

You equated "10 amp, or 10 gauge wire." Amperage and the gauge of wire are 2 different things.
