I have this, and it works great for its purpose. It's behind my drumset and lights up the wall with sweet ambient light that you can adjust in a lot of different ways. It has a built-in mic so it cann also be used as a visual for music (which is fun behind a drumset). It's not a light to read with or light up a whole room to play a board game. It's ambient light, for a "tripcave". With the right expectations, I was pleased with the build quality and have been using it for 2 years. This is the price I got it at.

For those asking, what makes them unique is each of LEDs is individually addressable (watch the video to see what that allows). We ordered the blue a while back for $60 and that's about where I would value it, it takes up very little space and bounces light indirectly off of the light colored walls. The blue on the base didn't match the blue of the column- if that bothers you I'd recommend the black or silver.
