The spaghetti pasta is NLA (price increase); the elbow pasta is still $0.50.

This. I remember last year when this spaghetti was 0.55 on a regular basis.

3.48 is expensive 95 is ok but 50 cents for the elbow pasta is not special as it's for 7oz under half the size of a standard pack. I think this is made in Mexico

Costco- a tin of 16oz pasta is 19.99, maybe it is not as good a deal as the .55 cent pasta but still a whole lot better than 20 dollar pasta.

We cook this constantly (Mexican family) and the elbow stuff is 50-99 cents pretty standard at our local Hispanic market. Never tried the spaghetti.

Quality wise, it's the only pasta we use for most Spanish dishes for decades. Good taste, standard to make, etc. Probably a decent filler if you need it for shipping.

When I buy tuna on Amazon the cans come dented. Not sure if I want to see what they'll do to spaghetti

This stuff is so soo bad.

I eat pretty much plainly at most times and am fine with basic foods (unsauced pasta, white rice, etc.) but this stuff is pretty horrendously bad. Ive bought this stuff so much in the past due to the attractive price, and regretted immediately every time.

I don't think it can even be characterized as pasta…it's like a weird replica or knockoff.

Its cheap but this isn't good pasta. It's made with semolina flour, durum flour and regular enriched us flour. Italian pasta is not that expensive, do yourself a favor and eat 100% semolina pasta. Once you develop a taste for the good stuff you won't be able to eat inferior pasta.
