This handheld steam cleaner is drawing attention mainly for its rock bottom coupon price, with some orders landing around $5.49 and even multiple units under $11. At that level, it is framed as a parts-only gamble that might still work decently for basic steaming. The main concerns are serious, though, since a similar device reportedly never reached true steaming temperature, and the seller has zero positive feedback. Shipping also looks shaky, with China Post tracking and delivery estimates that may not be reliable.

Kang Sheng was a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official during the early 1940s and again at the height of the Cultural Revolution in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He was a committed Marxist-Leninist and while a member of the CCP from the early 1920s, he spent time in Moscow where he learned the methods of the Soviet NKVD and became a supporter of Wang Ming (Wang Ming was a Chinese politician and senior leader of the early Chinese Communist Party) for leadership of the CCP. Kang Sheng was known for his ruthless security work, ideological purity (especially Mao Zedong Thought), and role in purges.
