Too much for 1/24 there are other brands much cheaper and even bigger scale on some. Big brands not making anything special or new nowadays. Look at Traxxas, still turning around same models. I have switched over to Rlaarlo and WPL, spend less they last and parts even cheaper.

This is a 4 wheel steering model that comes with a warranty and you will be able to get parts 10 years from now. $100 is a great price for this.
AMain Hobbies is no LHS nor a mom-n-pop hobby store. They are a major player in the hobby business and is comparable to Tower Hobbies. AMain acquired HobbyTown.
There are several smaller hobby/RC etailers that can use support if you care about the hobby and rather spend your money supporting them instead of large corporations: Hub Hobby, Stormer Hobbies, TQRC Racing, etc.
I bought one of these on Amazon. Used it only once and now it won't take a charge. I don't understand why it won't charge, especially with the cable it came with. I tried other cables as well. My very first purchase too. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Reach out to the mfr, horizon hobby, they have great customer service. If its still in the return period, just replace it.
