Does anyone know if this stacks with an existing 2 year from last year to extend an additional 2 years?

I have been using Bitdefender for over two decades and it has always kept me protected.
Recent purchases - 7/30/2021 - Bitdefender Family Pack 2026 - 15 Devices / 2 Years - Download - $40.27
11/20/2023 - Bitdefender Family Pack 2026 - 15 Devices / 2 Years - Download - $32.24
11/29/2025 - Bitdefender Total Security 2026 - 5 Devices / 2 Years - Download - $26.99
So at $38 for 15/2 - it is a good price.

You 100% do not need an aftermarket antivirus in 2025. The built-in antivirus/anti-malware protection is one of the things I can begrudgingly say Microsoft does well. These packages do worse than nothing in that they use resources to perform a redundant function and create another point of vulnerability for user data- Bitdefender themselves have been breached in the past 10 years and found to be storing unencrypted customer credentials.

Not sure if you can stack them. But there are typically sales like this through the year especially around Black Friday. I just get one a few months before my sub expires.

Do you let your subscription expire instead of extending because you can't extend a 15 device subscription with a 5 device subscription. Unless you found a workaround and if that is the case please share! yummy

No, its just that they use ransomware these days because they hack your IoT and other items. Phones and PC's unless using Window's 98 are locked down. It's servers that are insecure these days.

LOL at you...and the others here saying basic Defender included in windows is good enough.

Do you really think "viruses" are the same today as they were 20 years ago?

Viruses today are mostly polymorphic, or aren't even viruses but rather scripts that use pre-existing tools like PowerShell to take control of your machine or plant spyware.

Many will just reside on your machine, and you won't even know it, sending your keystrokes to the mothership.

Your comment is very naive and completely uneducated.
