It actually does look like a decent Le Creuset knock-off. Some celebrity chef's endorsed/branded products are better than others. I could be wrong, but I think Bobby Flay does care about his image and what he endorses. I've found Martha Stewart stuff surprisingly good. Emeril? He's pushing toaster oven air fryers. I wonder why he lowers himself like that. He has to have money considering how long he's been on TV, so I don't get it. I wouldn't trust Emeril or anything Guy Fieri pushes.

If you watch Costco, you can get the Merten & Storck cast iron for about double this price.

Made in Germany and great quality. I have 2 of them.

I don't think he wins any of his cooking competitions with this.

Owned by greenpan warranty is lifetime but reddit users complain the warranty process is not the greatest. I'd probably pay a little more to go with lodge just for the warranty.

Thanks for the recommendation. Nice alternative if you want lower price and weight than LC or Staub.

They rejected $26, said it was close, so I just upped it to $27.

Edit:they rejected 27, upped it to 28.,

Rejected 28, which is over the 20% discount of list price. These guys are cheaper than me, .

You bet! A lot of people seem to complain about the lighter weight. Not as nice as Staub or Lodge etc. but I have found them to be just great in all settings.

I am baking some bread in one and of course tons of stews in others.

I also have a Tramontina 8qt as well. Made in Brazil (the newest ones are China) and it is more like the Staub in weight.

I haven't gotten an offer, so seems to be YMMV.

FYI. Bullseye Deals does frequent live streams on TikTok where they do flash sales and put their products at deeper discounts than what is even listed on their Ebay storefront. This exact dutch oven is pretty regularly brought into their lives for $26 in 5-minute flash sales. Obviously this is very YMMV but figured I'd spread awareness. Picked up one myself yesterday for ~$22 using coupons I had available in the app.

Buy vintage if you want that. I recently bought a Griswold 9 qt chromed cast iron Dutch oven that was made in the 1920s. Vintage is not made of molten train tracks and engine blocks. Plus it's chrome in the outside which is very unique.
