Anyway, I received and built it a couple days ago. It seems fine. It's cheap, and opening the cloth drawers isn't as convenient as a real dresser drawer. But it works fine.
The pictures that show a drawer wide open are misleading. These drawers must be supported. There are no rails. Think of it like sliding a cardboard box onto and off a shelf. If you pull the box forward, most of the way off the shelf, you have to support it with your hand or it will simply fall down. It's not like a dresser where the drawer can be extended out without keeping your hand on it to support it.
Because of the drawers not being as nice for opening often, I would not recommend this for your everyday clothes, but as a secondary storage unit for less often accessed clothes, this is perfect. I ordered another one. My plan is for my everyday clothes to be in my "real" Ikea dresser with actual drawers, and then extra less often used clothes go in these things. My main dresser was overflowing, with much of that being stuff I only occasionally wear. Problem solved.
