The tv has zero backlight control. Zero zones, zero mini led. Its going to look bad unless its in a well lit room or a lot of bias lighting.

People are taking a big dump on this TV, but for under 1k is a steal. I wish I could post a pic as I'm watching it right now. I had a really good LG 86" that on sale I paid $500 more than this, and I expected a step down in picture quality. I was wrong.
