Maybe I'm wrong, but buying directly from them gives you a 90-day warranty versus two years going through their eBay store? Seems better to spend $50 more for 21 more months of warranty.

For that price, assuming it's in good/functional condition, the xm6 is a better product. If brand new is more important than functionality then the xm4's are a better choice

I have both.

The comfort on the Bose Ultra is supreme; unlike any other headphone I've worn.

That said, the XM6 is plenty comfortable and overall I like the sound a lot more on the XM6.

I use the QC Ultra as my beater pair for yard work and what not, and I've been bringing my XM6 around for travel.

I have 6yr old bose nc700 and just got XM6 for BF thinking i'll see some crazy improvement, but they just feel cheap compared to old bose, there is no dramatic improvement in sound either . And plastic is all scuffed after wearing couple times in a home office. They are most likely going back.

My sentiment on both is the same. Ultra is super comfortable for long term use

This is through the Second PIty website, not ebay so your credit won't work.

I am looking for the best noise canceling headphones with the least amount of noise getting through as possible. Because of this i don't care about sound quality right now.
What would be best for that, the Bose QC2 or these?
