Martha Stewart Living Magazine ceased the subscription print magazine in 2022.
You can get a few titles free from RewardSurvey - they do change their offerings occasionally, so check periodically. Dont sign up with BlueDolphin (a pop up window that will come up on the RS site). Unless you want to sign up with them (although some struggle to cancel the auto-renew with BlueDolphin - YMMV).

Currently RS is offering AllRecipes, 5 Issues of BHG, Garden & Gun...you can also redeem for a $10 Magazine Reward Gift Card and with that you could choose 1 subscription to magazines like Elle, Vanity Fair, Vogue etc

Although not free, DiscountMags has tons of promotions throughout the year for subscriptions...many pretty inexpensive at $4.99 per year. Ive had a good experience with them for my own subscriptions, as well as gifting to others. They do have an "autorenew" (I believe they call it DiscountLock). Its easily cancelled via your account at DiscountMags. I cancel it a few days after I order...haven't had any problems.
