Leaf blowers are a dime a dozen right now. I got this on Amazon and already tested it. It really blows! 🙂

I am mostly Rigid for my carpentry stuff. As a homeowner I have a few one off tools with batteries that I can't swap.
- Powersmart hedge clipper
- This blower

These tools are small odd jobs for me usually seasonal. The batteries that came with the cheap tools are sufficient for my 1/3 acre.

This blower will be for my patio in the fall and otherwise to take in my truck to blow out the bed for occasional mulch runs etc. I will have little to no need for extra batteries and the saving far out weighs the piece of mind of being able to swap with my other tools. I also kind of would t want to torture my rigid batteries by using in the blower.

I could write a novel on tool & battery compatibility cost/benefit. I think with today's battery tech having a complete system is more of a "collectors" mentality than it is beneficial. Besides there are adapters that exist and if you might just strip a HF warrior lithium ion to keep your old Dremel alive when necessary. I mean if you've got DIY tools you should be well versed in DIY no 😉?
