Timing: The Coca-Cola® Presents Krystal Holiday Stock Car Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") starts on December 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 25, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer will serve as the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who at time of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older (the "Entrant").
AMOE: To enter without making a restaurant visitation or beverage purchase, handprint in English in black ink on a 3"x 5" piece of paper your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth and then mail in a properly stamped envelope to "Krystal Holiday Stock Car Sweepstakes, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488" (each, a "Mail-in Entry").
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night Ultimate Race Weekend Experience at the NASCAR Cup Series™ race at Phoenix Raceway located in Avondale, Arizona, for the one (1) winner and guest, from March 7 to March 9, 2026. The Grand Prize will include 2-nights' hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choosing (one (1) room, double occupancy), roundtrip coach airfare awarded in the form of two (2) Delta Air Lines vouchers, fan experience for two (2) at the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series™ Race on March 8, 2026, VIP fan experience for two (2) (must be 18 years of age or older), and a meet and greet, for the winner and guest, with a member of the Coca-Cola Racing Family (as solely determined by the Sponsor; subject to availability). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $5,600.
One (1) First Prize: "Krystal for a Year" comprised of one (1) #1 Combo (includes four (4) Krystals or Cheese Krystals, medium side order, and medium beverage) for fifty-two (52) weeks. Prize will be fulfilled via the Krystal App (For more details on the Krystal App, please visit https://www.krystal.com/download-app). ARV of First Prize: $575.
Two (2) Second Prizes: A gaming system (as solely determined by the Sponsor). ARV: $550 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $1,100.
