I have spare parts and can build a complete system and just missing a ITX motherboard. this one seems kind of acceptable from the reviews on Newegg, but it's hard to trust Woot when they sometimes don't send you the correct item. I recently bought Snake Eater for PS5 brand new and the item shipped to me was an opened product with the steelbook and game disc missing.

I just finished my build with this mobo this weekend. So far, no issues besides having to download the LAN/wifi drivers and install them manually. For the price I feel like it comes with pretty decent IO, and wasn't lacking anything that I needed for a somewhat basic mini ITX build. I looked at the MSI board posted on woot as well, and the lack of pci 5.0 was a dealbreaker for me. (Edit: adding that I bought it through Walmart, shipped/sold by Newegg. So I can't speak to woot sending the correct item or not)

Got to check to make sure both RAM slots work. all usb sockets. your nvme slots too. Sound no hissing issues, etc. WiFi and sound can be replaced by an external soundcard or an external usb WiFi antenna/Bluetooth dongle though. The more features are added to the Mobo ITX, the more complicated issues can be because of over engineered parts to bundle all together in tight spaces. But yes, my comment was mostly a concern on the seller being good with sending a well conditioned item. Woot tends to have stock of stuff that retailers no longer want to hold or mix them up with Amazon warehouse returned stock.
