I've been searching for years and still on the hunt for the perfect pillow. Tried these and they weren't anything special. Price is ok though for what it is
I have a neck issue and have searched for years for the perfect pillow. I have one family member that gives me a TJmaxx/Ross gift cards every year just to try pillows. I tried so many sealy, serta, raplh lauren tommy etc then purple, intellgel, my pillow, etc.
The best pillow I found, which I have used for over 6 months which has to be a record for me, is the coop orginal pillow (not the new memory ones, the orginal with the cross cut) . Usally pillows flatten or have less support over time. This pillow is the same as the day I got it. The orginal go for $50 on ebay new which I thought was expensive since I worried it was too similar to the my pillow concept, but it has been the best pillow I have owned. Best pillow for my neck by far.
I have this casper pillow, I didnt like it, my husband thought it was okay, but it is dry clean only. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I went to look up if there was any way to clean these without dry cleaning and several posts by users said contact customer service. My husband paid $30 for the pillow, so I thought I would do an online chat and ask. The person came on all nice and then found out it was the essential pillow and got super rude and said just throw it out and buy a new one. They said I should have bought the expensive one and the essential pillows are now disposable. They called me cheap. My husband paid $30 which I don't think it that cheap for a pillow (and the CS had the record since they verfied my purchase via amazon).

Is this a good pillow? Always on the lookout for good ones.
I posted a bit already but I would give this a 5 maybe 6 out of 10 if you are just looking for a general pillow and have no concerns like neck or back issues or pillow that you can use daily and last for years.
I personally didn't like it but I have a neck issue and was looking for decent support and comfort. My husband who is not picky said this was a decent pillow, he used it as a primary pillow for 2-3 months and then slid it under another pillow and used it as what I would call a secondary pillow.
The pillow stays fluffy or firmed longer IMO then the cheaper serta or sealt pillows that are under $10. I would probably pay $9 for this , certainly not the $30 my husband paid (I found out recently he paid that much less then a year ago).
These pillows are dry clean only. Just last week while making the bed I knocked over a soda and it made a stain on the pillow. Customer service was rude and it really is dry clean only. CS told me that and I tried to clean it and spot cleaning didnt work, I tried my dry clean style at home bag for my washer and pillow is ruined. So if you get this have a great case on it? because they dont clean easily.
I love the original Casper pillows that go for about $50. I've bought several of them and they've held up nicely. I don't know about this cheap version, but I did see them at Sam's for about $15, so probably a good deal here.

Ive purchased so many pillows, this is one of the only ones that has lasted more than a few months, from Tuft & Needle (https://www.tuftandneedle.com/pro...oam-pillow). I bought two for $125 on sale, which they are always on sale. Tried all the foam pillows out there, this feels considerably different
