Was searching for an NVMe enclosure with active cooling and found this one for $15. Most enclosures at this price are passive aluminum only.
The fan only runs when you're copying files and the drive gets warm. I asked their support if there's a way to keep the fan always on, and they actually sent me a firmware for it.
RTL9210 chipset, 10Gbps, tool-free, comes with USB-C and USB-A cables. They have passive cooling options too if you don't need the fan.

I don't know if I can or how to attach a file here, but I suggest you contact PiBOX directly to make sure you don't end up bricking your unit. When I contacted them on the WhatsApp number, they just asked for the order number and batch number printed on the unit before sharing the firmware. They also mentioned that keeping the fan always on can make it noisy over time.
I got a response in about 6 hours and was able to flash it for testing, but went back to the original and they shared the auto firmware again. They're based out of India (oddly enough). I was kind of impressed by what these makers do to create value - it even came with a carry case which cut the deal for me when i was choosing.

Its barely audible and it rotates only when there is file read or write which is cool. If i put my ears on the fan - I can hear that rotate but nothing beyond that. I moved it back to auto as i did not see any meaningful use of always on as i worried if if runs for ever - it will get loud.
