Does this one? The pictures make it look pretty big for a bike jersey. I've used a friend's muc off one and it was amazingly small compared to this, but it was too expensive for me to switch from the Ryobi in the trunk and the CO2 in the tailbag.

Hundreds of models off ali express which are. I switched from CO2 to one of those. Especially for bikepacking where varying your pressure throughout the day depending on trail conditions can make a difference.
I suppose this is probably good for someone who wants one for ebikes or one that does everything. I'd bet it'd get a car tire to at least drivable pressures.

I have a ryobi . Pumps way faster than my other similar pumps like this. Downside is it's huge so these small pumps are perfect to take along on a bike ride or in a backpack to take to the park.

you trust this for bikepacking? I see a few extra points of failure and it's not a risk I'd want to take over just hand pumping.
I have the royobi inflated. Went to the gym to blow up some basketballs. Other coaches brought one of these.
This was so much smaller, quieter and quicker vs the ryobi clunky
Be forewarned, these things are never strong enough to get anywhere near 150 psi. They will overheat way before that. On a road bike, I can reliably get it to 80 psi, which is good enough to get to a manual pump to inflate it properly
