The 8-pack of 180 count is a slightly better deal; the starting price per tissue is less, and most of the same coupons apply. It ends up costing less per tissue, and you only need to get 8 [larger] boxes instead of 18 [smaller ones].

If you select the 8 pack of 180 tissues, there's currently still a 30% off coupon. S&S is $18.44 for me, which makes this $1.61/box or 0.01/tissue which is a good deal. If only they weren't such ugly designs.
