Finally, a sensible comment. These people watch TikTok trash videos and think that's how everything works. The algorithm promotes content of street food in extremely poor communities where even most Indians don't eat from.

I can't believe how much misinformation there is around these cookies. If you get the name brand Royal Dansk cookies, they are made in Denmark.
Also, there are a bunch of knockoff brands that design the package to look like the Royal Dansk cookies, but they are "Danish style" cookies, and they are made in India.
The tik tok videos were true. Those videos never said Royal Dansk cookies were made in India, they only pointed out all of the knockoffs that are.
Also, I stopped buying these on Amazon because they were all broken when they were drop-kicked on my door step.

Oh, there's a viral video going around about the conditions in Indian cookie makers. Whether it's true or not doesn't matter to me. I just prefer Danish cookies that are made in Denmark.
